I recently tried Whiz Wit Cheesesteaks, Toasty’s Breakfast Burritos, and Mad Dogs for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
• The Mushroom Cheesesteak from Whiz Wit Cheesesteaks wasn’t toasted as requested, had no mushrooms, and was missing cheese altogether. The Philly Steak Egg Rolls were cold when I picked them up, and the cheese was also cold and not up to par.
• The Steak & Egg Breakfast Burrito from Toasty’s Breakfast Burritos was very dry. The bacon was overcooked, and the tater tots inside were extremely hard, making the burrito tough to eat.
• The Elote Hot Dog from Mad Dogs was cold — not even warm — which really took away from the flavor.
We had to warm up them food when we got home but the taste just wasn’t good.
This was my first time trying these places, and it was truly disappointing to have such a poor experience. I won’t be giving any stars for Food, Service, or Atmosphere. I can’t speak much on the atmosphere since I ordered takeout, but based on my overall experience, it didn’t leave a positive impression.
When customers are spending their hard-earned money at your establishment, there is a clear expectation for quality. We have to do better. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I won’t be giving them another chance.

I dash late night and have never had the expertise I've had tonight. Order could not be found in system. I called store and was hung up on multiple times before speaking to anyone. Then multiple people pay by the counter and I asked for help and was ignored multiple times to where I was ready to leave. The order was ready the entire time sitting in one of the pick up boxes but scanned at all. Iasked to speak to a manager and the guy said 'manager we no name here' there's no one i can talk to too. Both guys that wouldn't help were spanish November 17 around 130am 15 minutes waiting. Food cold for customer. Lost money for me. Delivery drivers are your customers too!

I can't believe I just spent $15 for a waffle and two chickens no longer than my ring finger. What makes matters worse I'm on my lunch break and I didn't get syrup and or nothing to eat with. Guess I'll use my hands and I'll use my shirt to wipe my hands off once I'm finished since my break will be over by the time I return smh

Very cool food hall. It was my first time experiencing a ghost kitchen. Tons of great food choices & black-owned restaurants that are popular on Instagram. Despite it being a long line when I first entered the store, everyone’s food was made in a pretty decent time frame. By time my food was made, the 15+ people that were in line with me had already got their food & left. I was impressed with the service & time frame. Very helpful workers at the cash register as well. I will be back again!

I was told my food would be ready in 10 minutes, but after waiting over 45 minutes with no communication or updates, we had to cancel our order. The lack of coordination between the kitchen and front staff was clear. Unfortunately, the presence of roaches in the lobby made the experience even worse.

I Love the concept. But the food was not good. I tried The Bourbon Chicken from Night Owl Chinese. The sauce & rice were ok. But the chicken itself. Main part of the dish was horrible. 😪 over cooked, & also tastes like frozen dinner chicken.

Good concept but poor execution. We thought this would be faster as we were trying to make a show, but the ordering process doesn't allow filtering or search for specific criteria. Tables were dirty and nothing was available to even clean it ourselves. The food also took way longer than the time frame provided. The food was overpriced and not very good.

I do uber eats orders here but will start canceling the orders that come in for this place because these people will flat out lie to you and waste your time. I got to this place and on the board it showed as delayed. I decided to wait it out since it was to be my last customer of the night. Im sitting RIGHT here. Everyone else is canceling left and right. No one else took anything. I keep just bringing my phone back up to the tablet and it keeps telling me still processing. I decided to finally wave down someone who stepped out cleaning windows. This person got some one who didn't speak English. He translated using an app to say its just now been picked up. A bold face lie as im in here alone and have literally been watching it and the board. Instead of just being honest and saying they cant make it they lied. That order was never made and I wasted sooo much time and will not get paid for just sitting here all night.
